Secured Investment Corp is a real estate investment firm specializing in non-owner occupied properties and commercial syndication. We provide education, lending services, and investment opportunities for our clients.

The funding arm of SIC provides financial products with properties held in our portfolio as collateral. Our clients have a number investment opportunities to choose from, including:

• High Yield Fund II. This fund is for accredited investors with a minimum investment of $50K
• Circle of Wealth Fund III. This fund is open to all investors, with a minimum initial contribution of $1K
• Mortgage Notes. Our lending arm offers investors the opportunity to purchase whole notes on single properties, with the investor receiving interest payments on those loans.
