Fibralign Corporation is a Stanford University spin-out that produces advanced therapeutic biomedical devices, utilizing its powerful patented Nanoweave® technology for creating 3D scaffolding which precisely mimics human tissue structure. This technology has been proven to directly influence desired cell behavior for repairing diseased tissue and can be further utilized as a "bioreactor" providing sustained localized delivering of cells and gene therapy for precisely targeting therapy.

Fibralign has launched it's first product the BioBridge® Collagen Matrix for the treatment of secondary lymphedema, a global chronic and disfiguring disease that currently has no cure.
