Innovative Management Strategists (IMS) is a U.S. Small Business Administration certified 8(a) woman owned small business, rich in program management expertise that serves governmental (Federal, state, local) and nongovernmental (private sector) clients in the healthcare arena. Founded by its president, Latonya Dunlow, IMS is based on a decade of exceptional program support for health and human services grantees through effective technical assistance and training.

Our clients include Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and the Department of Justice. IMS maintains a cadre of expert consultants whose qualifications span financial and clinical programs at the national, state, and local levels-knowledge and experience needed by grantees to successfully implement their healthcare services for uninsured and underserved populations.

The history and passion of improving the health of special populations is not only the cornerstone on which IMS was founded, it is our mission.
