About

Jeev Sewa Sansthan added a new chapter in its illustrious journey of activities by establishing an institution in the field of management education exclusively for women under their aegis in 2010. The institution, known as Sant Hirdaram Institute of Management for Women is cherishing the empowerment of women through education through the vision of our motivator His Holiness Sant Hirdaram Sahibji.

The institute runs Master of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration (Integrated) programs for women approved by AICTE, Government of MP and affiliated to Barkatullah University Bhopal. With vibrant campus life and focus on women empowerment, the institute holds apex place in the heart of India.

When it comes to academic performance, training achievements and placement accomplishments, SHIM is the most preferred institution since its inception. In terms of academic performance, students of SHIM grab their positions in top ranks. The students have been winning various events at National levels and brining laurels to the institution. They have proved their mettle in Indian Institute of Management Kolkata, Indian Institute of Management Indore, Prestige Institute of Management and Research Indore and other institutions of repute. The highest placement package in Central India is the testimony of the students' calibre. The appreciations received from internship organizations are enough to show the potential of SHIM students.

SHIM believes in imparting the philosophy of imparting education beyond classrooms as well. There are various events organized throughout the year, which are ‘for the students, of the students, by the students'. The biggest management fest of the Central India, "JSS Carnival" has been achieving newer heights of excellence year after the year. These events are entirely managed by the students working at various hierarchical levels thereby understanding every concept of management principles in the most practical manner.
