The company has over 15 years of experience in handling manpower demands and is professionally managed by the management team. It is founded to bridge the gap between the speciality sectors and the talents, who are looking for good opportunities.

The company is a licensed manpower recruitment company registered under the Kementerian Sumber Manusia in Malaysia (JTK License No. 1544). It offers a comprehensive one-stop solution for the clients which includes planning, counseling, administration, management, transportation and accommodation. EMA has also expanded into professional recruitment service which is specialised in operations and manufacturing, finance and accounting, hotel and culinary arts, aiming to become a stronger bridge between the top employers and job seekers by offering different positions according to each needs and talents.
