Custom Design is a full service producer of made to order merchandising displays since establishment in 1976. Our work not only spans a broad range of material usage, but is also represented in many retail categories. From in-house design to merchandise fulfillment services, we are able to take a merchandising idea from conception to the retail floor. Design
Concept to finished product design
Adobe Illustrator & FormZ three dimensional design illustrations
Manipulation of photos and logos with input from disk, digital photography, and conventional scanning

Engineering
AutoCAD and SolidWorks generated article drawings for thermoformed, extruded, or injection molded parts
Programming for computer driven cutting and routing equipment
Complete electronic specifications package created and archived for every fixture

Prototyping
Fabricated 1st article and production-ready prototypes are produced in a variety and combination of materials
Manufacturing- wood, plastic & metal inclusive of wire forming, sheet metal fabrication and powder coating

Fulfillment
As per your specific project requirements, we offer complete fulfillment of product on or in display fixtures
