Qingdao Ausense Packing Equipment Co.,Ltd was founded in 2001, focusing on the planning, R&D and manufacturing of automatic packaging equipment for the back-end of the production line. After years of practice, it now has more than 60 varieties of packaging equipment in 10 series, including automatic carton erector, carton sealer, sealing and shrink wrapping machine, vacuum machine, strapping machine, palletizer, wrapping machine, and conveyors. Relying on the advantages of the automation industry chain, the company integrates technology research and development, solution design, product production, and combines customer on-site applications to provide customers with intelligent, flexible, and information-based one-stop automated packaging solutions.
Our main brand is "YUPACK", and we have a number of Chinese patents such as vacuum machines and strapping machines. All products have passed the EU CE certification; the manufacturing plant participated in the drafting of the Chinese machinery industry standards "Mechanical Binding Machine" and "Case Sealing Machine"; YUPACK products are widely used in well-known Chinese enterprises and some of the world's top 500 companies. It has been exported to more than 30 countries in Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
In 2016, Qingdao Ausense introduced robots into the back-end packaging machinery unit, becoming a modular standard equipment, which can be effectively integrated into the application of enterprise MES manufacturing execution system, and can provide a complete set of automation industry 3.0 to 4.0 transformation for multiple industries.
