About

Established in 1984, the Company changed its name to SugarBun Services Corporation Berhad in 1991. It was listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia (formerly known as Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange) on the 28th November 1997 as a Fast Food & Franchise Operator. In 2010, it was elevated into the Main Board market of Bursa Malaysia. It subsequently changed its name to Borneo Oil Berhad ("BOB") in 2007.

From its humble beginnings, the Group has grown and flourished from a small balance sheet with total assets of RM66 million in 1998 to RM735 million by 2019.

The Group currently is a diversified conglomerate with three main pillars of business divisions.

(i) Food & Franchise Operations
(ii) Property Investment & Management
(iii) Resources & Sustainable Energy
The development of a business ecosystem from the three main pillars of the business divisions has created a synergy and nexus that are complimentary to each other in the Group. Progressive and forward-looking, the Group's emphasis on value creation, operational excellence and sustainability has enabled the Group to consistently uphold the principle of delivering value to our stakeholders, investors and shareholders.
