Given the importance of Mobile phones in our daily life, it is only prudent that there is skilled help available in case of any repairs to the device. RMM focuses on the supply side of this skilled workforce by providing a unified platform that provides 24 X 7 on-demand support to these repair technicians.
RMM offers the following support to the Repair technicians on the platform-

-Access to latest software resources.
-Upskilling and Do-It-Yourself video resources.
-A market place to buy and sell mobile spare parts across the country.
- A market place to buy/sell and mobilize e-waste arising mainly form the mobile industry.
-Job notification and Customer leads to the Repair Technicians to enhance revenue opportunities to the technicians.

RMM, apart from catering to the needs of the technicians also helps the OEM's -

-To expand their after sales presence across India through our specially trained partner technicians.
-To help identify the accurate location and technician to be trained from our partner technicians
-To create training modules and conduct training workshops for technicians on behalf of and for OEM's.
-To help get feedback on the working of various mobile phone variants of the company and the hardware and the software problems thereof.
-To help in market research before launching or designing new features.
-To help conduct pilots to monitor specific Indicators.
-To mobilise e-waste and help OEM's realize their statutory target under Extends of Mobile Repair Technicians across the country. With more then 1 lakh repair technician using our platform monthly.
