The company is now focusing in Delhi National Capital Region (NCR) with development and construction of residential projects. The current housing project "Mehak Residency" comprises of 1 BHK & 2 BHK low-rise apartments and 2BHK & 3BHK Independent villas located in prime location of NCR i.e. GT Road, Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P.

M/s Mehak Infrastructure Private Limited was formed on 6th July, 2005 as a real estate marketing company. The company is headed by Mr. Rajan Malhotra, an ex-banker who has completed his B.Com (Hons.), M.Com from University of Delhi, Delhi. He has also completed his MBA with specialization in Marketing & Finance. Other directors of the company include Mr. Abhishek Malhotra, an MBA in International Business from Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia. Mr. Abhishek has more than eight years experience in the field of real estate marketing in India and abroad.
