About

Optimum Construction Est. (OCE), established in 2012, initially focused on specialized medical and retail projects to meet the growing demands of the Saudi construction market. By the end of 2014, OCE expanded to include Design & Build Projects and established an Electro-Mechanical division to enhance project execution efficiency and flexibility. In 2018, OCE further invested in a steel & aluminum fabrication workshop to maintain high-standard finishes and uphold Quality Assurance Standards. Seeing an increase in market demand, in 2023, OCE transitioned its transportation operations into an independent company to strengthen and diversify its service offerings, including new specialties and expertise. Additionally, OCE partnered with a development company to support future expansion and acquisition plans. Throughout its growth, OCE has maintained a commitment to a clean, safe, and healthy work environment, implementing HSE policies at all active sites.
