Awarded the 2023 Maine and New England Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year by the United States Small Business Administration (SBA), Credere is a woman-owned business (SBA certified 8[a]/WOSB) that specializes in planning, engineering, hydrogeology, and environmental sciences. We have extensive experience in completing long-term, sustainable Brownfields Programs and private redevelopment projects, which use smart growth principles. The projects include various tasks, such as environmental assessment, re-use planning and remediation, and redevelopment engineering.

Credere has a reputation for its ability to guide planning commissions, municipalities, economic development boards, private developers, and local and federal government agencies to overcome environmental issues that are hindering the redevelopment process.
