Blackstone 360 (B360) is a vertically integrated, real estate development firm that creates one-of-a-kind, luxury residences in underserved, untapped, transit-oriented markets. The "360"​ in B360 references the company's holistic model of ownership over the design, development, construction, and property management of all its properties.

The company has over 20 years of experience, having completed a range of projects from institutional new construction to multifamily gut rehabilitation to high end interior fit outs, totaling over $300M.

B360 currently owns and manages multiple Class A high rise luxury apartment buildings in the City of East Orange with a cumulative size of roughly 550 apartment units and another 200 in the pipeline slated to launch in 2021. The company features complete property management staff including leasing manager, marketing team, property manager and multi-skilled workmen crew.
