IQ Wired started in 2003 as a traditional telecom broker, helping businesses purchase, deploy and manage telecom solutions. Today we manage $32M in annual communications spend and our portfolio includes over 100 providers offering telecom, data center, cloud and other IT related services. Our business is comprised of three departments – agent channel, direct and enterprise managed services. In our channel, we differentiate ourselves from our competitors by providing personalized service and customized compensation plans. On the direct side, our account managers are incented to create strategic long term relationships and to provide the best service to our customers. For our enterprise clients, we offer a full suite of managed services backed by a guarantee of savings and software/processes built to support most critical verticals like healthcare.
