Established in 1993, Precon Marine, Inc. is a diversified marine contractor specializing in heavy marine construction, waterfront construction and related services throughout the East Coast area and abroad. With an extensive inventory of equipment and a stable, skilled offshore workforce, Precon Marine is able to take on major bridge, pier, and bulkhead rehabilitation work, subaqueous utility installation as well as provide call-out services for underwater inspections and commercial diving needs.

In the marine construction industry, nothing speaks louder than a good quality job completed on time and on budget. At Precon Marine, Inc., we take pride in our success in just that - bid the job fairly, give the customer what he wants and finish the job on time. This is a huge undertaking in marine contracting; considering weather, environmental concerns, and unforeseen obstacles; any one of which can delay a project and increase costs. It is for these reasons we select our work carefully and stick to what we do best.

Precon Marine, Inc. now operates from our location in Hampton Roads. Our office, yard, and mooring facilities located on the Intracoastal Waterway, one of the busiest harbors on the U.S. east coast. Our location allows us to mobilize and coordinate all operations to anywhere in the world 24 hours a day.
