We are a leading company in the field of extrusion technologies for plastics extrusion. We design and build lines for profiles and pipes extrusion (especially focused in the medical sector). Our speciality are: single lumen, multi lumen (up to 18 lumens), multi layers and spiral smoothbore tubing by different materials like PVC, Peba, PA, PU, TPU, PUT, TPE, EVA, HDPE/LDPE with bonding layer, etc. Starting from 0,4 mm OD up to 16 mm OD.
The main challenge is to develop systems that meet the specific needs of each customer, with top priority in reaching objectives, such as energy efficiency, safety, highest possible quality and productivity.
Tecno System is one of the most innovative and trend setting companies in the PVC extrusion industry as well. Based on more than 60 years of experience with extrusion of all types of PVC profiles.
With more than 6.500m² of production area available, most of the Tecno System components are designend, manufactured and tested in our factory in Italy.
