About

EULEO is a Polish debt collection company with in-house Law Office, founded in 2001 in Krakow and managed by three partners: Piotr Badowski, Grzegorz Grzesiak and Piotr Kaźmierczak.

Our mission is offering aid to companies in the area of reducing the risk of losing receivables from their clients. Our overriding aim is to change the style of running businesses in Poland by the popularization of ethical and reliable business.

We achieve these goals through modern debt recovery solutions, both in the area of the prevention of debts arising and in debt recovery on amicable terms and also court proceedings. Our comprehensive offer is a consequence of the effective co-operation of of two companies: EULEO Debt Collection and EULEO Law Office.

We are specialists in servicing liabilities based on business (B2B). Our more than 10 years'​ experience has enabled us to create a state-of-the-art and effective procedure which is, above all, in compliance with the law, and supported by a specially dedicated information system.

Apart from the high effectiveness of our debt recovery, our asset is our good relations with clients. A flexible approach to the clients' demands, the possibility of choosing the form of cooperation, the individual system of caring, the possibility of easily communicating with the customer care department and the constant monitoring of the satisfaction confirm that for EULEO each and every client is special and their contentment is the greatest satisfaction for us.

We take care that all activities undertaken in our company are carried out according to the highest ethical norms, with respect to the rights of our clients and their debtors.

Our reliability is also confirmed by membership and taking active part in international organizations, such as: The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, European Collectors Association and affiliate membership of Federation European National Collection Associations.
