About
HPI (EBNER group member) possess a strong expertise in plant engineering for the light metal industry. A turn-key production line from feedstock to a semi-finished product can be implemented quickly.
For more than 30 years, worldwide customers rely on our technical knowledge in development, engineering and manufacturing in plant construction. Our product line-up covers charging machines, horizontal casting machines, continuous homogenizing and cooling, ultrasonic testing (volumetric, center cracks), sawing lines, automatic stacking, strapping and packaging. Besides custom-made special facilities, HPI also offers atomizing plants for aluminium powder production and vertical magnesium casting.
Our technology center "CASTHOUSE (R)EVOLUTION CENTER", in Ranshofen (AUSTRIA) is ready for customer training, mould and alloy development. It comprises industrial scale furnaces with a horizontal and vertical casting machine for special alloys, small batch sizes and tasks in process enhancement.
