Founded in 1963, Nerva was since 1989 a subsidiary of the Echo-Group.
However, after a successful MBO in April 2013, it is again an independent company under the ownership of 3 of its managers, Ivan Vansteenkiste, Erik Geerts and Jan Haerens.
