All of our placements are 100% guaranteed. Proliance does not doctor resumes, and we serve our clients as advisers as opposed to order-takers. We take the time to understand the goals you want to achieve, and place our candidates accordingly.

What can you expect when you work with us? A commitment to dialogue and trust. We vow not to send you anywhere that isn't relevant to your skill set, or with a culture that we don't think will mesh. We have fostered long-lasting relationships with renowned clients, with a specialty in advising and understanding.

We value people. Here's what else we can promise:

• Benefits – We offer a killer benefits package. We pay for 50% of our candidate's and 25% of dependent's medical and vision insurance premiums, along with offering dental insurance, 401k, referral bonuses, and sick time. There is also no fee to work with us.

• Follow up – We won't leave you in the dark. We pride ourselves on responsiveness and will always share feedback in a timely manner.

• Honesty – We set expectations up front. We will be honest about where we think we can place you. We also never submit resumes without your consent.

• Transparency – We don't beat around the bush. Our personal approach means one point of contact, who will add value to your experience through coaching and clear communication.
