Alfa Finance Holding (AFH) is a leading Bulgarian industrial and financial group, currently developing three main business lines:
– Financial services (Financia Group),
– Real estate (Landmark) and
– Renewable energy (Solapro Holding).

In addition to the main business lines AFH has also successfully invested in high technology, industrial and infrastructure projects.

AFH is owned by its founders, who are actively involved in the strategic management of the group:
– Mr. Ivo Prokopiev - Chairman of the BoD and CEO,
– Mr. Konstantin Nenov - Shareholder,
– Mr. Ivan Nenkov - Managing Director and member of BoD

The companies of the Group are members of leading business organizations in Bulgaria and have traditionally successfully partnered with both the private and public sector for major projects.

AFH owns assets exceeding EUR 250 million and generates sales of approximately EUR 75 million

AFH has more than 15 years of successful track record in investing, restructuring, developing and exiting various industrial, logistics and infrastructure enterprises and ventures. Its core team has gained significant experience in implementing investment projects and running operations in European Union, Albania, FYROM, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine, as well as in Southeast Asia.

The latest example is the successful disposal of Kaolin in 2013 to a leading strategic investor. AFH acquired Kaolin in 2000 as a local producer, develop it into a regional leader in the industrial minerals sector with mining and processing facilities in four countries and sales to 36 countries in Europe, Asia and Africa.
