DELTA Ukraine was founded in 2006 and is a part of DELTA Group sharing the same values and standards in work standing for respect, trust, sustainability, and innovative thinking.
Currently DELTA Ukraine is represented in 3 Ukrainian cities, namely, in Kyiv, Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk, the projects map covers almost the whole country territory from West to the East. Our team knows the needs of both Ukrainian and Foreign Customers and, by using chance and risk management tools, guarantees successful realization of their projects. Through persistence and accuracy during construction supervision, DELTA Ukraine ensures successful handling of permit procedures and timely completion of the project.
The company has extensive experience in implementation of sustainable projects in Europe and was one of the first to start developing this field in Ukraine, having carried out the first DGNB certification in 2015 (BILLA store in Kyiv) and the first LEED certification in 2019 (business campus B12 at UNIT.City). DELTA Ukraine offers LEED, BREEAM, DGNB, EDGE certification services for commercial and residential buildings applied to new construction projects. For properties in operation, we carry out BREEAM In-Use certification.
DELTA Ukraine has significant experience and knowledge of specifics in cooperation with International Organizations such as GIZ, UNICEF, USAID, UNOPS, UNDP, as well as with IFI's such as EIB, World Bank and EBRD, providing works and services, and supporting initiatives.
Our portfolio of implemented projects financed by International Organizations includes a number of technical due diligences, design development and improvement services, rehabilitation and reconstruction of a number of public educational, social and health care facilities.
