Esca, founded by Luigi Patrizi in 1968, for over 50 years has been an established leader in the Italian market for ready-made frozen seafood recipes.

The company is still led by the Patrizi Family and since its inception, it has continuously evolved producing high quality and innovative products with the traditional flavor of the unique Italian cuisine. The natural goodness of fresh seafood and the convenience of frozen seafood that is packaged.

Our specialty is the "Condipresto"​ range, including many delicious and ready-made seafood sauces ideal for eating with pasta or rice, second courses like the Fish soup and the brand new "Condipresto – Feel Good", healthy meal rich in flavor and nutritional values, elected product of the year 2016.

Fondata nel 1968 da Luigi Patrizi, l'azienda Esca nei suoi oltre 50 anni di attività è oggi leader del mercato italiano dei sughi pronti.

Tutti i prodotti sono realizzati all'interno dell'azienda con alta qualità delle materie prime e aggiornamento continuo della tecnologia nella lavorazione. Esca ha scelto la surgelazione come unico mezzo di conservazione, per mantenere inalterato il gusto del pesce utilizzato come "appena pescato". La naturale bontà del pesce fresco combinata alla comodità del prodotto surgelato all'interno di una confezione che mette in risalto la qualità e l'autenticità a prima vista.
