Meccanica System S.r.L., founded in 1997 by Gianni Antenucci and Marco De Luca, is a multi-disciplined, Advanced Design and Engineering company, whose core business is in the Mechanical Engineering/Design and Plant Engineering/Design sectors. Mr. Antenucci and Mr. De Luca have successfully led and directed their Firm in numerous projects, encompassing various engineering disciplines worldwide.
In the Beginning, Meccanica System focused primarily on textile machinery. Subsequently, the firm has grown by diversifying and expanding its services and expertise, while establishing collaborative relationships with some of the world's most important international corporations. Meccanica System has served such global giants as: GE Oil and Gas, Shell, Culligan, AnsaldoBreda, Ferrari World, Finmeccanica, Bombardier Transportation, etc. and has successfully completed assignments in many countries: South Korea, Taiwan, China, Chile, Brazil, Abu Dhabi, Morocco, France, England, Germany, Greece, Italy, Russia, Holland, Belgium, Denmark, Spain and the United States.
In 2006, Meccanica System received its "Management System Certification" (UNI EN ISO 9001:2008) in meeting the standards of the worldwide Organization for Standardization.
In 2014 Meccanica System received its "Environment and Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Certifications" (UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007) in meeting the standards of the worldwide Organization for Standardization.
In October,2014, Meccanica System S.r.L., and founders Gianni Antenucci and Marco De Luca launched its new North American division, Mecsys USA Engineering LLC in Wilmington Delaware; as part of its strategy to further introduce itself to the United States, Canada, Mexico, as well as the countries of Central and South America
