About

Founded in Cyprus in 2018, "Kition Ocean Holdings Ltd" was granted the long term lease by the Republic of Cyprus to fully operate and develop the Larnaca Port and Larnaca Marina in Cyprus.

This is the largest project ever curried out in Cyprus and it is estimated to cost in excess of 1.2 billion euro. It consist of enlarging the Larnaca Port to become a state of the art port able to offer 2400m of new quays. The new Port will be able to accommodate ships dealing with general cargo, bulk, passenger ships, oil and gas vessels, as well as, navy ships. It will have dedicated open and closed storage areas and will operate to the highest standards.

The Larnaca Marina will also be expanded and refurbished and will be able to accommodate in excess of 600 yachts between 10m -130m long. Among other things the new Marina will offer berthing, fueling, maintenance and repair services to satisfy the highest expectations of current and future clients.

Real Estate wise, the new project will consist of 330,000 sqm of mixed use real estate development which will include commercial, residential (apartments and villas), entertainment areas, parks, event spaces, an educational element and two hotels.
