About
Welcome to Landmark Hospitals - the premier Long-Term Acute Care hospital (LTACH) in the regions we serve.
Our experienced interdisciplinary team works daily to improve the condition of the medically complex patients we specialize in treating.
Landmark Hospitals was created in 2006 to fill the void in the healthcare continuum for patients in need within rural and underserved regions of the country. Since then, Landmark Hospitals has grown to six facilities serving Missouri, Georgia, and Florida, with locations in Athens, Savannah, Cape Girardeau, Columbia, Joplin, and Southwest Florida.
With an interdisciplinary team approach, we focus on successfully regaining the best quality of life possible for the patients we serve as quickly as possible.
Our specialized teams provide critical care interventions in an advanced setting for patients needing intensive nursing, respiratory care, and therapy care.
Our interdisciplinary teams collaborate to manage the entire patient's needs, including antibiotic therapy, intensive renal monitoring, assessing and treating serious wounds, and administering other therapies to improve our patients' conditions.
