Since over 50 years Gel Matic is specialized in machines for express gelato, soft ice cream, frozen yogurt, frozen patisserie desserts, milkshake and many more other products. We rely on a widespread network of importers, direct distributors, subsidiaries and business partners located in almost 100 countries all over the world.

OUR PRODUCTS
A wide range of machines designed to meet any need, with gravity or pressurizing gear pump production systems (Gravity and Pump lines). The Heat Treatment models minimize the bacterial load, as a result of the heat treatment cycle of the mixture. The BIB line has been conceived to ensure maximum hygiene, thanks to the use of mixtures contained in bag-in-box packages, while the Combi line machines are ideal for the preparation of different flavours of milkshake and soft serve.
Gel Matic range offers countertop and vertical units, serving one or more flavours and with different production capacities, controlled by GTECH ECOS device, and the electronic configuration with GTECH INCODIS and INCODIS 3.0
