• Responsible for business development and serve as a point of contact for new business partners.
• Respond to requests for quotes (RFQs and ensure contractual obligations with partners are met.
• Make certain losses and other risk factors are effectively managed and all compliance requirements such as EEO submissions and certifications with the Small Business Administration and Minority Business Enterprise are met.
• Responsible for all branch administrative and operations functions including but not limited to accounts receivables, accounts payables, security screening (SF86 submissions).
• Coach and supervise one Staff Recruiter and one Administrative Assistant.
• Manage full lifecycle recruitment from requisition to on boarding for both Civilian and Government contract hires in the IT industry. Utilize systems such as Contact Manager to manage recruitment process.
• Staffing industry experience includes requirements for Systems Engineers/Administrators, Network Engineers/Administrators, Desktop Support/PC Technicians, Help Desk Support, Database Administrators, Software Engineers, Web Developers, Enterprise Architects, Systems and Data Analysts and Project Managers.
• Work with senior management and client organizations to identify core and priority recruitment needs.
• Source candidates via job portals such as Dice and Monster.com, place advertisements, solicit referrals and conduct cold calls.
• Conduct phone screens and face-to-face interviews to ensure candidate qualifications meet open requisitions prior to recommendation to client.
• Negotiate salaries (based on defined compensation analyses), perform pre-hire background checks using ADP Services and extend job offers to potential new hires.
