International Special Risks, Inc. (ISR), with offices from Maine to Florida, is the largest Marine intermediary insurance broker on the East Coast. We pride ourselves on providing professional technical expertise and tremendous market access to retail agents and brokers. While mainstream marine business continues to be the focal point of ISR, we currently place both full and participating lines in the US market for some of the world's largest marine accounts. We are not surplus lines brokers, but rather marine insurance specialists.
