At Thrive USA, our Personal Care Coaches are all extensively screened and trained to deliver the highest quality of home care available anywhere. Our consultative approach to our clients' care helps build rapport between the caregiver and clients, a point that is not often emphasized with other home care agencies. We believe the relationship between Personal Care Coach and Client is as important as the qualifications of the Coach to provide specific care. That level of trust and understanding enables our clients to approach the assistance they are receiving with an open mind and willingness that could otherwise be hard to attain.
