WHAT WE DO: For more than 25 years, Grace Matthews has provided M&A advisory services to clients across the entire chemicals and material science value chain. We advise on company sales, acquisitions, and corporate divestitures in the middle market. We also offer fairness opinions, valuations, and strategic board-level advisory services.
HOW WE DO IT: We have a highly experienced team of 19 investment banking professionals, many of whom have backgrounds in science, engineering, and operations. We provide a high degree of senior-level support on our engagements. We have built strong relationships with strategic buyers across the industry. When marketing a business, we can deliver the right message to the right person. We design a sale process around our client's objectives, whether that means negotiating with a single buyer or running a broad auction process with strategic buyers and private equity firms.
