The firm is led by Robert M. Meisner, a practicing attorney for over 45 years, as well as a former adjunct professor of Community Association Law at Cooley Law School and MSU Law School. He is the first and only currently practicing attorney in Michigan to be selected to the Community Associations Institute - College of Community Association Lawyers. Mr. Meisner was one of only 30 distinguished lawyers recognized as Michigan "Leaders in the Law" in 2014 by Michigan Lawyers Weekly. Thomson Reuters has also recognized Mr. Meisner by including him in their list of "Super Lawyers" multiple times, and he has also been included in dBusiness journal's list of "Top Metro Detroit Lawyers". He is nationally recognized as one of the premier community association lawyers in Michigan with more than 35 years of experience teaching seminars and classes statewide and nationally, as well as writing prolifically in newspapers and magazines throughout Michigan.
