SIMONA AMERICA Industries, a subsidiary of SIMONA AG, is a leading North American manufacturer of corrosion resistant and industrial thermoplastic sheet and rod products for fabricating, machining and thermoforming.

Application areas include chemical processing tanks and linings; components for semiconductor manufacturing, food processing and packaging; orthotics and prosthetics; signage and playground structures; bathroom partitions, boatbuilding; and cabinetry and furniture for indoor and outdoor use. To serve these diverse industries, SIMONA AMERICA offers several grades of polymers ranging from high density polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC and CPVC), to ultra-high performance polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), ethylene-chlorotrifluoroethylene (E-CTFE) and Perfluoroalkoxy alkane (PFA).

Its unmatched portfolio of corrosion-resistant materials withstands virtually any chemical environment at service temperatures from 140 to 425ºF (60 to 218ºC), and includes FM4910 compliant grades for semiconductor manufacturing, and fabric-backed laminates for severe service chemical processing tanks and vessels.

SIMONA AMERICA also provides industry expertise and technical support for material selection, fabrication and regulatory compliance. Beyond its US-produced materials, it also offers the SIMONA Group's extensive family of extruded and compression molded semi-finished products.
