Lifehouse provides help for people with substance use and mental health challenges and is driven by a passion to make significant changes to improve mental health and substance abuse outcomes. Too often, individuals are lost in the transition of care as they move between agencies and locations. Having such a complete continuum of care, especially in a more rural area, sets Lifehouse apart. Individuals can move quickly and smoothly to the most appropriate level of care.
