Sights for Hope

About

Sights for Hope carries forward a service tradition inspired by Helen Keller nearly a century ago to transform the lives of people with visual impairments by removing barriers to their independence and success. Sights for Hope's services teach them adaptive skills to accomplish activities of daily life; provide supports that increase their access to essential services and oppose the effects of their conditions; and furnish solutions that enhance their sight-related capabilities. Approximately 85% of Sights for Hope clients in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley and Monroe County are from low-income households.

Sights for Hope is an independent member of the Pennsylvania Association for the Blind (PAB) and is affiliated with the VisionServe Alliance, a network of North American agencies that serve people with visual impairments.
