Pangea Biological received the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power Small Business Enterprise/Women-Owned Business Enterprise Contractor of the Year award. Pangea provides environmental compliance and inspection, SWPPP services, environmental training, GIS, constructability reviews, biological surveys, planning and permitting, agency consultation, and regulatory strategy for the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Pangea's founders and the team have been involved in electric, natural gas, solar, wind, battery storage, renewable, road, and water projects, from inception and permitting through the construction and cleanup to energizing of the project. Our depth of experience with environmental resources and hands-on approach during construction within California and throughout the United States has led to the successful management and completion of over 3,500 projects. From large multi-year, multi-faceted planning and construction projects to routing studies and feasibility studies, Pangea's highly experienced scientists are agile, adapting to the needs of our clients and providing sensible effective solutions through project completion.

The company was founded in 2006 by Amy Rowland and Scott Rowland, whose combined work experience in southern California and throughout the U.S. spans more than 60 years. Providing hands-on and proactive management while working one-on-one with clients, Pangea's team operate on the principles of Quality, Integrity, Honesty, Commitment, and Teamwork.

With clients like Barnard Construction, Burns & McDonnell, Jacobs, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, SCE, SDG&E, SoCalGas, and Stantec, Pangea provides award-winning environmental compliance, training, and permitting services.
