Our Brokerage General Agency services over 1,200 voluntary benefit clients ranging in size from 3 employees to over 75,000 employees. We have a unique focus in the mid-large case market to include 2 state governments, over 100 cities and towns, as well as some of the largest and most well-known employers in the region. We proudly have over 150,000 policies under management and we distribute through a customer base of over 200 Broker Partners throughout New England.

Our key area of focus continues to be on the value we can bring to our clients and Broker Partners. These value-added services include; College Tuition Benefit Program, Core benefit enrollment services, Discounted Benefit Administration systems, Wellness Programs, Total Compensation Statements and Benefit Booklets. Our General Agency also offers a menu of voluntary benefits including; Short Term Disability, Accident, Cancer, Critical Illness, Life Insurance, etc.

We have a dedicated and growing team of 51 Benefit Representatives to service our clients. This includes 10 Service Support Specialists, 26 Benefit Counselors, and 15 Account Executives.
