SEAC Ltd. is a holding company of three decade old SEAC Group. The group is founded by engineers with an intend to build supportive infrastructure facilities to support primary & secondary sector of economy. Group key strength lies in its capacity as land aggregator at strategic location. It is operational in verticals including Industrial Estate Development, Logistics & Warehousing, Smart City, Tourism, Infrastructure Development, Agriculture Farms, Produce & Export, Information Technology etc.

SEAC Ltd. is well posed in central India, and posses strong land bank at strategic locations. It is developing a huge 1000 acre mixed land use project, SEAC City, near international airport Bhopal to facilitate the resideo-commercial infra demand of various industries including IT, MSME, Logistics etc.

Company is also developing a religious theme park project at Ujjain to facilitate the specific demand of religious tourism sector at one place. This project will house facilities to help individual perform & learn various vedic rituals, ayurvedic procedures, naturopathy practices etc. It will be a place where people can feel religion in its purest form, and can spend time to learn the best practices.
