Western Metal Materials Co., Ltd. (WMM) is a mining & metals company based in Xi'an.
Founded in 2000 by a group of distinguished professors from the renowned Northwest Institute for Non-ferrous Metals Research (NIN), WMM is a state-owned company.
In 2007, WMM went successfully public listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock name: Western Materials, Stock code: 002149).
After years of development, WMM is now consisted of 7 holding subsidiaries and 1 Physics & Chemistry Inspection Center certified by the Chinese state laboratory.
Owning ＞860,000 m2 (214 acres ) of factory and with ＞1,400 employees (148 doctors or masters)， WMM is confident to be your one-stop service center for all kinds of refractory metals (Ti, Zr, Hf, W, Mo,Ta, Nb, Cr etc.) & precious metals (Ir, Pd, Ru, Rh etc.).
