GenCap Construction Corp. was established to promote a new vision for construction project delivery, specializing in design-assist and design-build delivery methods for both the private and public sectors. We have extensive experience in the mixed-use, multi-family and commercial/retail/office tenant improvement markets., as well as hospitality, higher education, health care, municipal and civil/infrastructure construction delivery.

We are a diverse, experienced, professional team of individuals who are not only passionate about the projects they serve, but are invested in the future of our privately-owned company. Our company culture is employee-centered, financially responsible, innovation-focused, and values based to client needs-and it shows. Both our clients and design partners value our whole-hearted commitment to each project we have the opportunity to work on.
