TUKA FOOLAD Investment Company (PLC) hereinafter referred to as TUKA was founded in 1988 with the goals of attracting, directing and running of capital investment. TUKA entered Iran stock exchange market in 2001 and has managed to succeed more than anticipated in a manner that after a few years, the effect of growth and development reflected in value move up for TUKA share.

There are 27 professional subsidiary and affiliated companies which are serving industries within country and abroad in 5 main categories as following:

1-TRANSPORTATION
Rail transportation, land Transportation, terminal handling and forwarding services etc.

2- CONTRACTING:
EPC solutions for industrial projects, repair and maintenance services, human resource recruitment on demand of industrial projects and plants etc.

3- PRODUCTION:
Refractory products, refractory laying, installation and repair, steel rubber, roller, coil paints and coatings, roll cladding and special welding, galvanized steel manufacturing, wear resistance grinding balls, fire resistance casting parts, calcimined dolomite etc.

4- TRADING
Import and export, distribution centers and service centers, Supply of raw material etc.

5- FINANCIAL & STOCK EXCHANGE
Stock portfolio trading in stock market and providing other services relevant to stock share affairs etc.

Nowadays with more than 21,000 Individual shareholders nationwide, TUKA has obtained authorization and is processing capital increase exceeding 110 million US Dollars in order to go on with progress road map based on his strategic approach. In this regard TUKA has newly updated his strategic plan by determining mission, vision and company values and code of ethics on a staged, timely manner to restore his position as 75th in 100 Iranian large volume companies as per IMI 100 in order to assure achievement of propounded goals in benefit of the society, customers and shareholders as well.
