Beverly Group is a subsidiary of Singapore's Qingdao Investment Pte Ltd. The Group and its related companies have good track record of developing residential projects, golf and country club, mixed-used and hospitality developments in Singapore, China, Brunei and Malaysia. Its flagship project in Kuala Lumpur is the Marc Service Residence located at Jalan Pinang, Kuala Lumpur.

Currently, the Group has a pipeline of 8 projects in Kuala Lumpur including 28 Boulevard, an 11-acre development at Pandan Perdana; 16 acres of freehold land at Wangsa Maju and 16.5 acres of commercial land at Taman Equine town centre. Total GDV for the projects is estimated to be RM4.2 billion.

Beverly Group is a reputable developer and a trusted partner that has collaborated with multi-national companies including Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd and CapitaLand Group (both are Singapore Government-linked companies); ING Real Estate Management, part of ING Group from Holland; Surbana Jurong and Lai Sun Group, a public listed conglomerate in Hong Kong.
