About

Our journey began in 2003, with the founding of Trivandrum International School (TRINS) – a first of its kind Cambridge International and IB world school in Kerala.

The Charter School was established in 2012 & our goal to achieve a perfection in the domain of children's education attained a milestone in 2019, when The Charter School was taken over by Trivandrum International School. This led to the setting up of Cochin International School (COCHINS) – a focal point of global educational excellence for children.

Driven by the motto ‘Learning is for Life', our schools are backed by a passionate team of educationists, completely committed to moulding a new generation of leaders, by creating self-confident, sensitive, responsible and informed individuals with a lifelong passion for learning and caring.

Cochin International School (COCHINS) offers International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) from Kindergarten to Grade 5, the Cambridge programme till Grade 10 and a choice between the Cambridge's A level and the IB Diploma Programmes in Grades 11 and 12.

The PYP methodology thrives on a philosophy that learning is a life-long process hence, young minds should be nurtured by providing an exciting & challenging educational environment & an innovative teaching technique that awakens curiosity & makes learning an engaging experience.

The Charter School is CBSE affiliated and follows a curriculum that incorporates a wisdom based approach, using relevant and diverse learning methodologies. The educational programs are designed to help students evolve an attitude and understanding that would support their success in school and other aspects of life as well.

Spread across 10 acres, the picturesque school campus is strategically located at Pukkattupady, Upper Kakkanad and is easily accessible from all parts of the Kochi city. The school building & landscape is a beautiful blend of modern amenities & natural surroundings.
