The company, being the 56th TREC Holder of the Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited & 251 TREC Holder of Dhaka Stock Exchange.KSL is operating its operation since 2005 with good reputation.

The company is authorized and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Government of Bangladesh (SEC), and a Full Service Depository Participant of Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL). It was incorporated as a private limited company on April 20, 2005 and commenced its operation on July, 2005.

The principal activity of the Company is to provide all kind of stock brokerage services to its clients. KSL also manages its own portfolio under stock dealer license.

KSL has 95,000+ active clients. It's Corporate Office is located at Forum Central (4th & 5th floor) 21/22 M.M Ali Road, Golpahar Circle, Mehedibag 4203 . Branch Offices are located Mehedibag, Jubilee Road, Khatunganj, Bahaddarhat, Nazirhat and Anowara in Chittagong division.
