A Shipyard dedicated to Ship and Oil Rig Repairs, operating since January 1996 based at Mormugao Port, Goa INDIA. It repairs Passenger and Cargo vessels, Navy and Coast Guard vessels, Deepwater Oil Rigs, dredgers, Port craft, Offshore vessels. It has floating dry dock of upto 20,000 TLC (60000 DWT), portal rail cranes, power stations, DG sets, workshops and machining centres with capital investment of about Rs. 228 crore. It has about 300 employees. It belongs to the ABG Group of Companies. It has repaired over 585 vessels and 14 oil rigs since operations started in Jan. 1996. It is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. most of the prominent classification societies like IRS, ABS, LRS and BV are having offices in Goa.
