Berthaphil, Inc. is a pioneer investor in the Clark Freeport Zone. Established in 1996, Berthaphil is currently operating twelve (12) Real Estate developments within the Clark Freeport Zone. As the leading developer on Clark, Berthaphil has accomplished many firsts: First to develop a Commercial Center "CLARK CENTER", 1st Banking Center, 1st Grades K-12 campus and College Education Center, 1st Medical Center (Recently acquired and now operated by MEDICAL CITY), 1st Logistics Center at Clark International Airport, 1st Office Building at Clark International Airport, 1st Business Incubator, and the 1st BPO/Call Center Business Park. Berthaphil has also developed the Clark Center Townhouse and Apartment residential community minutes from Clark Center and the famous Clark Parade Grounds.
