The Arab Resort Areas Company (ARAC) has been established as a Saudi joint stock company on 23/12/1417Hr. corresponding to 30/4/1997, with a capital of (50,000,000) fifty millions Saudi Riyal which raised up to (500,000,000) five hundred millions Saudi Riyal in capital. The Head office is at Al-Madinah.
