SC Securities was incorporated on the 16th October 1992. Being a debt and equity member firm of the Colombo Stock Exchange, the Company is governed by the regulatory framework of the Securities and Exchange Commission (Sri Lanka) and the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).
