Established in 1990 and currently has 5 branch offices in The City Tower (Jakarta), Puri Kembangan (Jakarta), Bandung, Surabaya, and Medan

Lotus Sekuritas provides Online Trading facility through LOTS (Lotus Online Trading System), which is an application system developed by Lotus Sekuritas for securities transactions or shares in real time via the Internet network to the Indonesia Stock Exchange trading system, as well as provide data, Market Info, Market News and Client Portfolio

Its Investment Banking Division which provides services in Underwriting, Financial Advisory, Mergers and Acquisitions, and
Fund Raising

Its Asset Management services is managed by PT Lautandhana Investment Management, a wholly owned
subsidiary, which concentrate on managing Mutual Funds products (including equity fund, balanced fund, fixed income fund, protected funds and discretionary funds)

Our shareholders consist of professionals who have more than 20 years of experience in the capital market with prior employment at leading foreign securities house such as JPMorgan and Jardine Fleming Another shareholder is PT Tunas Andalan Pratama, which group of companies include PT Tunas Ridean Tbk and PT Tunas Mandiri Finance
