Bangladesh Thalassemia Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping thalassemia patients. The organization began its journey in 2002 and has since expanded to include patient management and thalassemia awareness. The organization is registered under the Ministry of Social Welfare and is a regular member of the Thalassemia International Foundation. The motto of this organization is to improve the quality of life of thalassemia patients through proper treatment, care and empathy. The organization helps poor and needy patients who are unable to afford medical treatment, and this is possible due to the donations and cooperation of charitable people and organizations from different walks of life.
